Your initial phone screen interview is a thirty-minute phone call with the recruiter. During the call, the objective is to understand if you align with BaRupOn’s values and if we align with yours.
You will be asked a range of questions, including questions to gauge your technical skills and ability for the role. These questions are designed to evaluate your skills, tools, and knowledge required for the specific position.
Your recruiter will be communicating with you about the timeline of events. You should hear from them about a week after your set of interviews.
