This Privacy Policy explains how BaRupOn LLC (“BaRupOn,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our online services, or interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

2) Information We Collect
Identifiers and Contact Information (e.g., name, email, phone, address); Commercial Information (e.g., inquiries, transactions, RFQs); Internet/Network Activity (e.g., device data, pages viewed, referral URLs, cookies); Geolocation (approximate, derived from IP); Professional/Employment Information (e.g., resumes); Inferences; and any information you choose to provide.
Pharmacy/Healthcare: Patient and prescription information (PHI) is collected only via designated pharmacy channels and is governed by separate healthcare notices (e.g., HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices). Do not send PHI via general contact forms.
3) Sources of Information
Directly from you (forms, email, phone), automatically from your device (cookies, pixels, logs), from service providers or partners (e.g., analytics, communications), and from publicly
available sources where permitted by law.
4) How We Use Information
Provide, operate, and improve the Services; respond to inquiries; process applications; personalize content; perform analytics; secure and debug; comply with law; enforce terms; and communicate with you (including marketing with your consent where required).
Legal bases (EU/UK/EEA): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics, marketing), consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.
5) How We Share Information
With service providers processing data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, security, communications), subject to contracts; within our corporate family; in business transfers (e.g., merger, asset sale); to comply with law or protect rights; with your consent or at your direction.
California: We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited data for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. You can opt out via our cookie preferences and by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor.
6) Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for compliance (including tax, legal, accounting), to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Criteria include the type of data, sensitivity, risk, and legal requirements.

U.S. (including California residents): rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non‑discrimination. Use our request form or email privacy@barupon.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Agents must provide proof of authorization.
EU/UK/EEA: rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross‑border transfers.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): we treat GPC signals as a request to opt out of sale/share of personal information for the browser session.
8) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage preferences.
9) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may transfer, store, and process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
