Role Summary:
We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist to lead on-site business development efforts for our compounding pharmacy operations. You’ll interact with healthcare professionals, manage client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met within a compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities within hospitals, private practices, med spas and specialty care clinics.
- Conduct on-site presentations and meetings at physician’s offices,
- Build strong client relationships and maintain repeat business.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep records updated in CRM systems and prepare weekly reports for leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in compounding pharmacies, retail pharmacies or pharmaceutical services.
- In-depth knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medicines, or Healthcare Management and related fields.
Bonus if you have:
- Existing relationships in the Southern California healthcare market.
- Experience in VA, DOD, or other federal healthcare contracts.
